The complex has a rental office so that the owners don't have to handle the rentals on their own. The apartments are very nice, but don't expect maid service. Don't even expect them to offer sheets and towels, except at an additional price. And pack your own TP! ... and by the way, Chile is NOT a third-world country receiving U.S. aid. The U.S. doesn't subsidize everybody! The prices can be found at the resort's website, www.sanalfonso.cl/ingles/main.html .
